bottom of our newsletter. The 50 words include email addresses, phone numbers
and URLs. Ads submitted beyond the 50 word max may be edited at our
discretion. These are text only ads, no graphics. The first line of your ad
will be in a bold,
dark blue text.

purpose of a classified
ad (or any advertising)
is to motivate an
easy-to-take-action. Your
goal should not
be to compel someone
to part with his
or her hard-earned
money based on 50
words. Your goal
is to persuade the
reader to take an
action: click over
to your website,
call your telephone
number, send you
an email.
Keep these points in mind when writing ads. (1) What exactly
do you want people to do? (2) What benefits will you stress? What will your
product or service *do* for your customer? (3) How
will you follow up when people respond to your ad?
